It’s made of Brown Pine and 3.37 cm Grey (mild steel) pipes. The rail is sturdy and can hold a good amount of weight freestanding. The unit has one top shelf and bottom shoe rack, which should provide you with a good amount of storage space. This item can be custom-made to your own size and specification.
