We provide a 1-year warranty for all of our products.
Our tables are designed so that if any part of the table is damaged it can be removed and repaired, or if necessary replaced.
- What to do if you received a faulty/damaged item?
Please check the content of your delivery while the courier is present! If items are found to be damaged during transportation after the courier has left, we cannot guarantee a replacement.
Any damage identified must be reported strictly by e-mail no later than 3 working days after receipt of the goods and before proceeding with any assembly and/or installation.
Although this is very rare, should your product not arrive in perfect condition, please send us an email with an image of the faulty product and a member of our dedicated customer service team will advise on the best solution, including refund, replacement or repair options.
- What if you don't like the product you ordered when it arrives?
We're sure you will like it, but if not, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (less return or collection costs set out below) once the product has been returned to us. Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your product(s) and we will assist you with your return.
