International Deliveries (Outside the UK)

We offer only One Man Door to Door Service (ground floor). You will be notified by email and SMS about your estimated delivery date after your order is dispatched. You will also be contacted by the delivery company on the day of delivery.

Delivery times explained


The estimated dispatch and delivery dates are provided once you have placed your order with Cosywood. As all orders are handmade by our highly skilled manufacturers, delivery lead time is around 4-8 weeks for storage items and 5 weeks for tables, and dining sets. Lead time for custom orders will be provided individually. 
Please, take note that the lead time counts from the day you receive your order confirmation email.

Once your order is ready

The estimated delivery week is provided once your order is ready. The exact delivery date is provided by our delivery partners at least 24 hours before the delivery. Please note that if you cannot accept the delivery on a specific date provided by the delivery company, the delivery will be rescheduled for a different day of the same week or the following week. In some cases, due to unforeseen circumstances, a pre-set delivery date can be changed, and you will receive all the necessary communications in advance regarding any changes.

How Transport Company delivers?

  • A pre-scheduled delivery plan, 30 - 60 minutes prior to the delivery customer will be contacted via SMS/Phone.
  • Delicate cargo door-to-door delivery.
  • With the delivery of items with weight over 120 kg, some assistance will be required
  • According to health & safety regulations, there is a limited amount of weight that can be handled by one person at a time.

If you are not at home on the day of delivery, there are still a few options left: 

  •  Arrange for someone to accept delivery in your place
  •  Change delivery address and contact person.
  •  Goods can be left at a local self-storage unit or a safe place at the customer’s property. 
  •  Goods can be left with a neighbor.
  •  Reschedule delivery for a different date

 

If you’ve missed your delivery:

Usually, there is only one delivery attempt on any given day, however, if you still missed your delivery, our delivery partners will deliver your order again once your delivery is rescheduled. You will receive a call and an email about the new date.

We care about the environment and we know you do too which is why we’ve long-distance delivery. When we’re delivering to you from afar, we make sure to time this with deliveries to other customers close-by to help reduce the carbon footprint of your delivery. So, once you’ve placed your order we will agree a week for delivery. The day before your delivery we will contact you to confirm the exact day.

It's highly important that you inspect your order on delivery. If you're not happy with anything related to the order please let our delivery partner know, or contact us directly.

Our team checks your order to make sure it's up to the very best standards before we send it to you. But if we've missed something or sent you the wrong item or parts, just let us know within 14 days. It really helps if you send us a few photos of the damage or any other issues or defects. Our team will assess your complaint and let you know of the next steps, these can be a repair by our handyman or a replacement of your order depending on the issue.
