Good quality table and benches. Lead time was worth the wait. One of the legs for the table was damaged and they had someone out within a few days to replace and fit the replacements for me. Fixings also arrived separately as they went missing during transit but overall very good. Overall good customer service.
Bought an oak table in 'Holborn' style, with black steel framed legs. Delivery was quoted as 6 weeks, but delayed slightly as we ordered a non-standard size. On delivery, was packed extremely well. Table was assembled by the delivery team, and I have to say it's perfect! The solid oak top looks fantastic with the black steel legs - contemporary but classic. It also looks to be of excellent quality, and I can see us getting many years' use from it. Communication from everyone at Cosywood has been excellent throughout. One of the best purchases I've made online, especially without being able to see the product first.
We cannot fault this company and the quality of the product we received! All queries were answered quickly and comprehensively. They took the time to understand what we need, and totally delivered. The quality is far superior than what you would receive from a store. Confidence and assurance was given with photos of the order before sending it out. People may be nervous ordering bespoke furniture online, but they need not be with Cosywood. We absolutely love our table and benches - roll on the parties - we can sit 14 around ours. Happy days!

We ordered a bespoke solid oak Holborn dining table and 2 benches from Cosywood. The whole experience was great from the start. We ordered some samples and received advice from Vlada who was very helpful throughout and was very quick to answer all my questions. We decided on a finish and placed the order, we received photos of our table before it was dispatched which was a great touch. The table is absolutely amazing! Made to a very high standard, worth every penny. It will last us for many years to come, Thank you!
